Job Summary:

Dots Lab Marketing LLC is seeking an experienced and visionary

Creative Director

to lead our creative team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, marketing, and digital campaigns, with the ability to drive creative strategy, inspire teams, and deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with client and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the creative direction for branding, marketing, digital, and social media campaigns.

Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with client goals and market trends.

Manage and mentor the creative team, including designers, motion graphic artists, and content creators.

Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and account management teams.

Review and approve creative concepts, designs, videos, and final deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.

Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in a creative leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency in the UAE.

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience working directly with clients and managing creative presentations.
