Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Creative Designer

with a strong background in the

personal care, cosmetics, or luxury perfume industry

. The ideal candidate will be a master of

packaging design, art direction, brand guideline development, and logo creation

, translating our brand's luxurious essence into captivating visual experiences across all touchpoints. This role is crucial in maintaining and elevating our brand's aesthetic integrity and market appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Design:

Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of luxury perfume packaging, including primary and secondary packaging, bottles, caps, labels, and gift sets. Ensure designs are innovative, aesthetically superior, and technically feasible for production.

Art Direction:

Provide strong art direction for photoshoots, digital campaigns, and visual content, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.

Brand Guideline Development:

Develop, refine, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines across all visual elements, ensuring consistency and integrity in all brand communications and product presentations.

Logo Design & Brand Marks:

Create compelling and timeless logo designs and brand marks that resonate with the luxury perfume market, and evolve existing visual identities as needed.

Concept Development:

Generate innovative design concepts and visual narratives that align with new product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Visual Communication:

Translate marketing objectives and brand strategies into impactful visual designs for various platforms, including digital, print, in-store displays, and promotional materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility, brand consistency, and timely project delivery.

Trend Analysis:

Stay abreast of global design trends, luxury market aesthetics, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of visual innovation.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.

Minimum of [e.g., 5-7] years of progressive experience in a Creative Designer or Art Director role.

Mandatory prior work experience within the Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Luxury Perfume industry is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in luxury packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-end projects.

Proven experience in art direction for visual content (photography, video).

Extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive brand guidelines.

Exceptional skills in logo design and brand identity development.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and production techniques relevant to luxury packaging. Excellent conceptualization, visualization, and storytelling abilities. Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
