Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
Creative Designer - Events & Exhibitions
to conceptualize and design innovative exhibition stands, event setups, and brand environments. The ideal candidate will translate client briefs into compelling 3D concepts and visual presentations while working closely with sales, production, and project teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for exhibition stands, events, and branded environments Create
3D designs, layouts, and visual presentations
based on client briefs and budgets Preparemood boards, concept boards, and design presentations
for client pitches Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and timelines Work closely with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are technically feasible Revise designs based on internal feedback and client inputs within tight deadlines Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and safety regulations Stay updated withindustry trends, materials, and exhibition design innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Graphic Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field
2-5 years of experience
in events, exhibitions, or interior fit-out industry Proficiency in:3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
AutoCAD
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding ofmaterials, structures, and fabrication processes
Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Requirements
Experience in
UAE / GCC exhibition and events market
Knowledge ofcost-effective design solutions
Basic understanding ofproduction drawings and technical detailing
