Job Description
We are a real estate developer looking for a highly skilled creative designer to join our company. You will help to execute our creative vision across digital, web, video, and social communications. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels. You will partner closely with the marketing and architecture project teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality creatives that will spread our brand and drives customer engagement. Responsibilities:
- Design brochures and creatives for properties.
- Design industry-leading marketing assets that follow our brand guidelines across our marketing channels.
- Work cross-functionally with internal Web developers, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure consistency and quality of the creatives.
- Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques to create relevant creative and messaging assets.
- We are looking for somebody that is willing to learn and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within the real estate or the luxury industry is mandatory
- 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital) or related
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio of creatives leading to brand and/or business successes
- A degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or in a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in designing across all digital channels (web, digital, video/social, brochures...)
- Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
