Work as a head of marketing in real estate department. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work directly with clients, create visual assets, and often collaborate with other creatives to finish a project. You must be able to take direction, turn concepts into visuals, communicate with clients, and implement feedback to create a final product. At times, you may brainstorm and implement your own unique ideas. Key Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Compile, develop and execute the firm\xe2\x80\x99s marketing plan, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the firm\xe2\x80\x99s management; \xc3\x98 Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media; \xc3\x98 Responsible for the design and production of media content; \xc3\x98 Participate in the planning of external and internal events, conferences and fairs and coordinate as directed by the Partners; \xc3\x98 Procure all PR and brand related items and materials for the firm\xe2\x80\x99s events; \xc3\x98 Be involved in and collaborate on all initiatives related to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s Recruitment, Business Development, PR and Corporate Social Responsibility; \xc3\x98 Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines; \xc3\x98 Upkeep of all project\xe2\x80\x99s website and other social media pages.
