:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reading scripts and discerning good from bad material, compiles notes on scripts in collaboration with creative executive.
Develop director, writer, actor, and producer list.
Maintain tracking devices for the dev process.
Shadows senior level executives as a way of building skills.
Manage data for creative materials and serves as the territory\'s main distribution resource.
May evaluate content to flag offensive material for discussion with the content and legal team. And contribute notes on materials in development.
Log writers\' samples
Create & submit CRF\'s.
Check director, PD, Writer, CD avails for pre-production, workshops & consultants.
Read & evaluate submissions, writer\'s samples.
Contribute notes on cuts.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years\' experience in a relevant developments role.
Has developed the abilities to distinguish promising from unpromising materials.
Working knowledge of production process, schedule, budgets.
Has comprehensive knowledge of competing development slates, active actors, writers & other talents.
Interest in and passion for television and film, writers, both local and international.
A desire to learn about script development and production as a career path.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to prioritize in complex, fast paced environment.
Strong judgment and instinct.
