The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated

Creative Content Intern

to join our Growth Team. You will take ownership of producing high-quality visual content that drives brand desire, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.

This is an on-site paid internship with a monthly stipend, offering potential for full-time employment based on performance.

What You'll Do

Content Production

Execute cinematic video and photography shoots at premium locations including showrooms, marinas, and villas

Video Editing

Edit fast-paced, trend-forward short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) with professional audio syncing and transitions

Brand Design

Create polished sales decks, social media carousels, and digital brand collateral

Trend Analysis

Monitor and analyze social media trends to keep Esqyre's content fresh and engaging

Required Technical Skills

Proficient in both mobile and desktop video editing software Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Figma Experienced with cinematography hardware including smartphone gimbals and stabilizers

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Media, Film, Design, or related field Portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation abilities (submission required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Valid UAE residency or Student Visa

What We Offer

Stipend: AED 1,500 - 2,000 per month Hands-on experience shaping the visual identity of a luxury brand Potential pathway to full-time employment based on internship performance Immersive exposure to luxury marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling
