What You'll Do:

As our

Creative Content Creator

, you'll be the visual storyteller behind the brand. You'll bring ideas to life across platforms, crafting scroll-stopping content that informs, engages, and inspires.

Your day-to-day might include:

Creating original multimedia content (videos, animations, graphics, photography) for social media, websites, and campaigns. Collaborating with marketing, design, and strategy teams to brainstorm creative concepts. Producing compelling short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Writing catchy captions, scripts, and copy that align with PSI's tone and goals. Monitoring digital trends to keep content fresh, bold, and relevant. Participating in campaign planning and creative ideation sessions. Shooting and editing event recaps, interviews, and mini-documentaries. Maintaining consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Strong portfolio showing a flair for creativity and storytelling. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and photography. Fluent in social media trends and best practices. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. A creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude. Bonus: Experience in education, innovation, or non-profit sectors.
