Job Description
Key Responsibilities: * Client Collaboration: Meet with clients and the project team to understand their requirements and develop design concepts and visualizations that meet their needs.
- Design Presentations: Create and present design concepts, sketches, and mood boards to clients, effectively communicating your creative vision.
- 3D Renderings and Models: Develop detailed 3D renderings and models of proposed designs, bringing your concepts to life and providing clients with a clear understanding of the final product.
- Collaboration and Feasibility: Collaborate with other designers, architects, and engineers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts, ensuring that they meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Trend Research: Continuously research and develop new design ideas and trends to maintain the company\'s competitiveness in the market, ensuring our designs are innovative and up-to-date.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in creative concept design for workspace, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and/or Lumion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to clients and project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic will be a significant advantage.
