We are looking for a
Creative Assistant (Design & Social Media)
to join our marketing team.The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, basic experience in content creation, and a passion for social media. You will support the marketing department by designing creatives, assisting in social media posts, and helping with day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visual content such as flyers, banners, property posts, and social media designs. Assist in managing company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Schedule and post engaging content based on the marketing calendar. Support marketing campaigns, events, and photo/video shoots. Edit property photos and short videos when required. Coordinate with agents and the marketing team to gather property details and visuals. Maintain consistent brand style across all online and offline materials. Assist in updating website photos or online listings when necessary.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar creative or social media role. Proficient in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
, or similar tools. Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.). Familiar with social media platforms and trends. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
