About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3D Spatial Designer to join our creative team in Dubai.

This role is not a 2D graphic design position.

We are looking for a designer with a strong 3D modeling and visualization background, capable of developing creative physical brand experiences -- including retail displays, window displays, kiosks, mall gondolas, cosmetic end caps, exhibitions, and branded activations.

You will work closely with sales, production, and fabrication teams to translate client briefs into practical, production-ready 3D concepts with fast turnaround times, balancing creativity with real-world build constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D concepts and spatial designs ranging but not limited to retail displays & window installation, mall gondolas, kiosks, pop-ups, and branded fixtures, exhibitions, event structures and brand activations Translate client briefs into clear 3D visualizations that can be fabricated and installed. Create accurate 3D models, renders, and technical visuals for client presentations and internal production use. Work closely with sales, project managers, and production teams to ensure concepts are feasible, cost-aware, and build-ready. Prepare design outputs that support fabrication, materials selection, and installation requirements. Adapt and iterate concepts quickly based on client feedback and timelines. Stay up to date with materials, fabrication techniques, and retail activation trends. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.

About you:

This role is suited for a hands-on 3D designer with experience in physical brand environments, not purely digital or marketing design.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D design for retail, exhibitions, events, or brand activations. A strong portfolio focused on 3D work, including retail displays, spatial concepts, and physical brand environments. Advanced proficiency in 3D software is mandatory, including Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and/or ZBrush (where relevant). Ability to develop concept-to-production-ready 3D designs suitable for real-world fabrication and installation. Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and real-world build constraints. Comfortable working with tight timelines and fast turnarounds. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator able to clearly explain design intent to non-design stakeholders.

Advantageous Skills:

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for support only -

however this is not a 2D branding, logo, or social media design role.

Experience working with fabrication, carpentry, acrylics, metal, or large-format printing. Experience in retail, exhibitions, or event production environments.
