Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in operating various types crane like (Mobile, Tower and overhead cranes)Understand different crane types, functions, components, and safety feature
oDeliver classroom training and practical hands-on instruction
oUse training aids (simulators, manuals, videos)
oAssess trainee competence via written tests, observation, and performance criteria
