Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious

Crane Operator

to handle lifting and rigging operations at various project sites. The ideal candidate must be certified, experienced in both mobile and tower cranes, and fully aware of site safety practices, particularly within heavy industrial and oil & gas construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cranes (mobile, overhead, crawler, or tower) to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment as directed. Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance to ensure the crane is in good working condition. Work closely with riggers, supervisors, and signalmen to execute lifts safely and efficiently. Interpret and follow load charts, lift plans, and project drawings. Ensure the load does not exceed crane capacity, adhering to safety limits and lifting protocols. Keep records of lifts, daily logbooks, and maintenance reports. Adhere strictly to HSE guidelines, PPE compliance, and company safety standards at all times. Immediately report any malfunction or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and crane-related safety inspections. Operate cranes in tight or hazardous environments with full focus and precision. Ensure that all lifting activities are conducted in compliance with

UAE Civil Defense and HFZA safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

High School Certificate or equivalent; technical diploma is a plus. Valid UAE license for

Crane Operation (RTA/LMV/Heavy License as per crane type)

Minimum 3 years of GCC experience

as a crane operator in industrial or oil & gas projects. Certified in

Crane Safety, Rigging, and Lifting Operations (TUV, LEEA, or equivalent)

. Familiarity with

load charts, rigging gear, and signal systems

. Experience in operating

crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes, mobile cranes

, and/or

hydraulic cranes

.

Key Skills:

Deep knowledge of crane functions, load handling, and center of gravity. Excellent coordination with rigging and ground teams. Ability to follow verbal and non-verbal (signal) instructions accurately. Strong understanding of

safe lifting techniques

and emergency procedures. Mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Physically fit with good vision and hand-eye coordination. Calm under pressure and aware of dynamic site hazards.
