We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious

Crane Operator

to operate various types of cranes (e.g., tower crane, mobile crane, crawler crane) to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment at construction sites. The ideal candidate must be experienced, certified, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate crane equipment safely and efficiently to lift and move materials at the job site. Conduct daily pre-operational checks and routine inspections of crane and associated equipment. Follow lift plans, signals, and instructions from riggers and site supervisors. Ensure load limits are observed and maintain control of loads during operation. Report any malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety issues to the supervisor immediately. Work closely with riggers, signalmen, and ground staff to coordinate lifts. Follow safety protocols and comply with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the crane cab and controls. Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings as required.

Requirements:

Valid Crane Operator License/Certification (in accordance with local regulations). Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating tower cranes or mobile cranes on construction sites. Strong understanding of load charts, lift capacity, and crane signals. Good communication and coordination skills. Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
