Duties and Responsibilities
Crane Operation
Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently for piling and enabling activities. Ensure precise placement of piles, materials, and equipment according to engineering instructions.Safety Compliance
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and site regulations. Conduct pre-operation safety checks and report any defects or hazards. Ensure lifting operations do not endanger personnel, equipment, or structures.Coordination
Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and other construction teams. Follow instructions regarding lifting sequences, pile positions, and enabling works.Maintenance and Inspection
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of crane equipment. Report mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.Material Handling
Load, lift, and position construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Assist in the setup and removal of temporary structures or enabling works.Documentation
Maintain records of crane operations, including loads lifted and hours of operation. Report daily work progress and any incidents to supervisors.Training and Awareness
Stay updated on latest crane operation techniques and safety practices. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and on-site training sessions.Job Type: Full-time
