Job Description
(Crane operator 70 Tan)
Minimum of 2years experience in Gas & Oil (for Adnoc Project)
Operate crane:
Safely and efficiently use a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials like machinery, equipment, and building components.Inspect equipment:
Perform daily pre-operation inspections to check for malfunctions, wear and tear, and overall safety of the crane and its parts.Ensure safety:
Follow strict safety protocols and site regulations, including setting outriggers for stability, monitoring load weights, and adhering to approved limits.Communicate with ground crew:
Work closely with ground personnel, following hand signals or radio commands to ensure loads are placed in the correct and safe locations.Perform maintenance:
Conduct operator-level maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn cables, and report any issues promptly.Skills and abilities
Technical skills:
Ability to precisely manipulate crane controls (levers, pedals, buttons) to control speed, direction, and movement.Attention to detail:
A keen eye for detail is necessary for precision work and to identify potential hazards.Communication:
Strong ability to follow and give instructions via radio or hand signals.Hand-eye coordination:
Essential for smooth and accurate control of the equipment.Practical knowledge:
Understanding of heavy machinery, load limits, and stability requirements, as well as performing basic maintenance.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
