Key Responsibilities
Perform external glass and facade cleaning for high-rise buildings using cradle/BMU systems
Operate suspended access equipment safely and efficiently
Clean glass panels, aluminum facades, cladding, and external building surfaces
Inspect cradle equipment, ropes, harnesses, and safety devices before use
Follow approved cleaning methods and safety procedures at all times
Report any equipment defects, safety issues, or facade damage to supervisors
Ensure work areas are clean, secure, and free from hazards
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in cradle/BMU glass cleaning in the UAE or GCC
Valid
Working at Height / Cradle Operation Certification
(preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Knowledge of safety standards, PPE usage, and risk assessments
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Basic English communication skills
Immediate availability is an advantage
