Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their educational and career goals.
Promote and recommend suitable courses and programs based on student needs.
Actively follow up on inquiries, leads, and applications to meet sales targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and student outreach.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activities.
Represent the institution at events, exhibitions, and webinars.
Requirements:
Female candidate fluent in
Arabic
and
English
(written and spoken).
Proven experience in
sales
and
target-driven environments
, preferably in the education or training industry.
Strong background or understanding of
marketing strategies

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and enrollment targets.
Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Zoom/Teams, etc.).
