Job Title: Course Advisor/ Course Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi - Onsite

Salary: AED 4,000 - 6,000 (Based on experience) + incentives

Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic speaker preferable

Synergic Training is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Student Advisor with strong sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process while also generating and converting leads to support the growth of our training and consultancy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within one of the UAE's trusted training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an active pipeline of prospective students

Provide detailed information about training programs to prospective students.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments

Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and digital campaigns

Meet and exceed monthly targets for student admissions and sales

Assist in planning and executing student engagement events and open days.

Collaborate with the business development team to support marketing and outreach strategies.

Monitor student satisfaction and provide post-enrollment support.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in student advising, admissions, sales, business development or related roles in the education or training sector.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.

Proven ability to guide, support, and convert student leads into successful enrollments.

Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple student queries and cases.
