The Course Administrator plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of academic programs within the institute. They are responsible for coordinating various aspects of courses and supporting faculty and students.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing the academic schedule including courses.
Ensure timely communication with faculty regarding course related information, schedules and any changes.
Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries related to course and program requirements.
Coordinate with faculty and relevant departments to accommodate students with special academic needs
Facilitate communication between faculty members and academic departments regarding course-related matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of course enrollments, academic progress, and related data.
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education industry
Excellent conversational, presentational and customer service skills
Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, Internet, eLearning, CRM etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
