Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company overall business goals and objectives. \xef\x82\xb7 Implement effective sales tactics and initiatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. \xef\x82\xb7 Support the sales team to achieve net sales and profitability targets following Sales Target plan through efficient use of business assets and relationship with Key stakeholders in the market. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments for company\xe2\x80\x99s products. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support inventory management and production planning. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. \xef\x82\xb7 Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and work closely with them to achieve and exceed these targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Representatives. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product development. \xef\x82\xb7 Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the sales team adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including pharmaceutical industry standards and ethical practices. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, research and development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Master degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business, or related). \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software. \xef\x82\xb7 High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and integrity. \xef\x82\xb7 A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
