Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned country or regions.
Manage and oversee all Operations including sales, marketing, customer service, Finance and Logistics.
Ensure that all employees are working towards achieving the company\'s goals & objectives and that they are motivated , engaged and performing to he best of their abilities.
Providing guidance, coaching and leadership to the country team.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations and other opportunities to enhance company\'s operations and growth.
Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance , ensuring that the country meets or exceeds the revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relations with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers and government officials
Ensure that all activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations and that the company\'s reputation is maintained
