As Country Manager Gas Services - UAE, you will power the regional Commercial and Execution organization to becoming faster and more efficient to respond to the customer needs and meet the contractual expectations

As a Country Manager, Gas Services - UAE, you will be responsible for: Lead the planned initiatives internally and with external stakeholders to better position the Gas Services Operations in country Develop customer relations Supporting in decision making about important subjects. Working with cross functional teams. Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Managing customer satisfaction and the implementation of customer value initiatives. Ensuring processes and policies are compliant within the country on all business aspects.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Have minimum 10 years of experience, with previous experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector Have Ability to manage large Teams, multiple layers Have Experience in interaction/relationship management with BoD & shareholders is a plus
