Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development and market expansion across assigned countries.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
Drive P&L responsibility, focusing on
sales numbers, profitability, and market share

Develop and execute local strategies tailored to each markets needs.
Recruit, train, and support local teams and partners where needed.
Represent the brand with humility, resilience, and adaptability in challenging environments.
Report regularly on KPIs, forecasts, and market opportunities to HQ.
Key Requirements:
8 - 12 years of FMCG experience, preferably in
confectionery, biscuits
, or similar categories.
Experience working with distributors across diverse markets (Levant, Africa, GCC).
Entrepreneurial spirit; hands-on, resilient, and solutions-oriented
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
Comfortable working in a start-up environment without rigid corporate structures.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
