Position Title:
Country Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A proud Fashion company based in Dubai, known for its growing international elegant portfolio in women's fashion. : o Develop and implement country-level strategies in line with the company's global goals. o Identify and seize growth opportunities in the UAE retail market (including store expansion, partnerships, and e-commerce). o Oversee local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the UAE market. o Develop and manage the UAE P&L, budget planning, and cost controls.Requirements
Open for Arabic male national, 45 years old below o Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred. o Minimum of 10 years' experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the UAE or GCC. o Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and team performance.
