Job Purpose:-Is responsible for planning, budgeting, order intake, sales, and profit targets for the regional Sales & Service business of YMA. Maintain good communication with all stakeholders, support them to achieve the business goals, & keep strong relations with customers. Work closely with YMA Bahrain and provide forecast and reporting. Manage portfolio of existing & new customers, coordinate, and spearhead the marketing, business development and sales strategy in the region. etc. Guide her/his team members and oversee the department work. Work closely with the other cross sectional business units like, Engineering, Process Solutions, Products, Service Sales Administration Quality, Legal etc.

Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesWorks diligently to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives and meet all fiscal targets Order Intake, Sales Turnover, Profit. Prepare & coordinate business plan for both fiscal (quantitative) and qualitative for the regional services business. To work as a motivated TEAM member with positive attitude and specific focus on Sales & Business development, have open communication with the sales team to achieve all the regional and country specific objectives. Take care of installed based and cultivate new business by expanding existing installed base and develop new customer base. Customer relations management and be focal point of coordinating all regional sales activities. Be customer centric. Supervise and Support the TEAM in preparation of the correct techno commercial proposals within stipulated time as requested by customer in coordination with other BUs, review contracts T&C, negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.. Makes proposal decisions in consultation with the Head of Sales for the smooth running of the business. Take lead and responsibility in planning the strategy and negotiating technical and commercial proposals with customers to achieve success. Help organize and lead meetings and presentation with customers. To support for site survey for the replacement projects within the region. Regularly and timely prepare/submit business reports to the SVP, and others as applicable. Be voice of customer inside the Yokogawa organization and take responsibility to deliver value to customer. Work with the channel partners and develop existing customer relationships, Identify, grow service business. Ensure all orders are processed in time and invoicing is done as per J-SOX requirements. Willingness to travel within French speaking Africa.

Qualification and ExperienceBS.C in engineering (Electrical or Chemical or Computer Sciences etc.) or Business management (MBA etc.), with Control System sales (DCS, ESD) experience Minimum 18 to 20 years overall experience within minimum 10 to 12 years practical experience in the automation industry of Control systems, with experience of Service business and Yokogawa DCS, ESD systems etc at leadership role. Working experience and knowledge of Account management, in previous job. Preferably to have worked in a managerial position in Sales in one of Yokogawa major competitor (Honeywell, Emerson, or Schneider) . Ability to understand the market requirements, business development approach and customer needs. Have proven track record of managerial position, or successfully leading a team
