Assist the Head of Institutional Activities in his functions;
Know the needs in the countries where the organization operates in order to present and promote new project proposals;
Support for the definition, implementation and evaluation of intervention strategies in the assigned geographical area;
In coordination with the Projects Office and the staff abroad, draw up new project proposals in response to specific calls;
Support to the management of the team of Country Coordinators;
Control and monitoring of compliance with the administrative procedures of the Headquarters;
Management of the first phases of the project in synergy with local or expatriate staff;
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of projects (also through monitoring missions);

Degree in economics, political science, international cooperation sciences;
Interest and in-depth knowledge of issues such as childhood, rights, cooperation, emergency and the fight against poverty;
Work experience in Italy in a similar position;
Knowledge of the rules and procedures of the main national and international donors
