Job Title: Counter Teller - Real Estate Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and experienced Counter Teller

to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate cash and account records, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Prior experience in the

real estate sector

and strong proficiency in

ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP)

are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cheque verifications. Accurately record, disburse, and reconcile funds in accordance with company policies. Balance cash drawers and verify transaction accuracy at the end of each business day. Ensure compliance with

AML regulations

, confidentiality standards, and financial control procedures. Maintain precise and up-to-date financial data within ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP). Provide courteous and efficient service to clients, tenants, and vendors. Support finance and administrative teams with reconciliations, cash reports, and related documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, or a related field

.

4-5 years

of experience as a Counter Teller or in a similar financial role, preferably within the

real estate industry

. Proven experience working with

ERP systems

such as NetSuite or SAP. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Multilingual proficiency will be an advantage.
