Counter Salesperson - AC Spare Parts

We are seeking a dynamic results driven Counter Salesperson - AC Spare Parts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers professionally and assist them with inquiries. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable AC spare parts. Prepare quotations and invoices / Process sales orders to the sales executives. Receive payments (cash, card, online) and provide receipts. Maintain strong knowledge of AC components (compressors, capacitors, filters, thermostats, motors, etc.). Check stock availability and update inventory records to the manager. Help in stocking shelves and organizing parts logically. Coordinate with the procurement or warehouse team for order fulfilment. Follow up on backorders and inform customers about the status. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions. Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports. Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable. Follow safety and security protocols for the showroom. Refer customers to in-house technicians for advanced support. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures. Adhere to pricing and discount guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:

0-2 years in counter sales or spare parts (preferred) Degree/Diploma or ITI Able to use CRM software & Excel Language: English & Hindi Honest, responsible, and punctual & Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
