to join our team at a leading building materials company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, providing product information, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable building material products.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and availability.
Handle cash/credit sales transactions as per company policy.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain display and stock levels at the counter.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Report daily sales and inventory updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in counter sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or construction supplies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers efficiently.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
English and Hindi fluency is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
