Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Staff for a an established perfume shop located inside a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide product information.
Assist customers in selecting perfumes and gift items.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock levels.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and manage queries.
Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
Requirements
Previous sales or retail experience preferred (perfume experience is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a hotel-based retail environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Can join immediately
