We are hiring a counter staff for our retail outlet based in Abu Dhabi to manage the shop sales and cash counter. Candidates with retail experience in bakeries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell bakery products including breads, pastries, and cakes etc.
Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
Manage shop product display and ensure proper stock arrangement.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop area.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Skills:
Sales, customer service, and cashier handling skills
English and Arabic communication skills
