Ensure all required documents are verified, including ID, driver's license, and payment methods.
Carry out car delivery and return processes according to company standards.
Monitor daily reservations through the system and ensure the availability of requested vehicles.
Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints, escalating complex cases to the supervisor.
Inspect the vehicle with the customer during delivery and return, documenting any notes.
Collect due payments from customers.
Adhere to company policies and rental regulations.
