Our client, a dynamic government entity in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Counsellor in the Human resources department to join their team. This person will be responsible for overlooking the physical, nutritional, and mental health of the company.

Please note that this role is for Arabic speakers only and only Arabic speakers will be shortlisted.

Role:

- Counsels clients and patients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming health conditions (mental/physical). Maintains confidentiality of records relating to client\'s treatment
- Collaborate on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers
- Provide mental health assessments, counselling, referrals, and intervention services
- Guides employees in the development of skills and strategies to deal with their problems
- Evaluates clients physical or mental condition based on review of client information
- Develops and implements action plans including activities, programs, strategies, and different initiatives based on the requirement
- Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counselling and guidance

Requirements:

- UAE National with a Family Book or Arabic speaker
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in wellness, mental and physical health
- Minimum bachelor\'s degree in psychology, nutritional health or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
