Job title: Clinical or Counselling Psychologist- Western Educated Work hours: _Full-time _Part-time (both options) License: Active CDA/DHA licensed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provides Psychological treatment of Children AND/OR Adolescents, Adults, couples and families with awide variety of mental health problems. 2. Manages, monitors and reviews a caseload through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic interventions. 3. Conducts one-to-one psychotherapy/ counselling services to assist patients requiring therapeutic interventions. The ability to conduct group therapy is a plus. 4. The ability to conduct psychological and learning disabilities assessments is a plus Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the range and level of interventions, treatments and activities complies with relevant regulations 2. Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions in various modalities \xe2\x80\x93 like CBT, EFT, EMDR, DBT and others 3. Builds a good rapport with patients and delivers effective counselling and feedback on progress; 4. Uses a variety of techniques to assist patients to reach their own resolutions or develops strategies to address and remedy their concern; 5. Writes psychological assessment reports; 6. Provides one to one support therapy along with group support therapy; 7. Contribute to the development of pathways within specialist areas and provide team guidance and training on suitable approaches. 8. Completes records and all service monitoring requirements on time and to a high standard ensuring full compliance; 9. Maintains a high standard of knowledge in the subject area and continues to update this knowledge 10. Attends team meetings, supervision sessions and training as required; 11. Referring clients to other healthcare professionals where appropriate; 12. Other duties as may be delegated in line with the service provision. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience; 2. A PHD, PsyD or a minimum of a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in psychology or a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a specific branch of counselling; COMPENSATION

• Clinician compensation is based on fee-sharing model
