As Counsel based in our Dubai office, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!
Act as an advisor on legal issues involving the provision and sale of ACI’S software products and services primarily within the Middle East and Africa region but also assisting EU region as and when required. Liaise with senior management and internal stakeholders. Manage legal risks to ensure that liabilities and commitments of contractual support by the business are identified and mitigated.

Job Responsibilities
- Advise on all legal matters and lead on contract negotiations, advise on risks, deal with various other commercial matters and get widely involved across the business.
- Working closely with various internal stakeholders across multiple territories and locations.
- Understand and acquire an in-depth knowledge of ACI’s core corporate products and services
- Provide strategic legal advice
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements and other transactional documents for all types of business transactions, including license, service, distribution, SAAS, OEM, resale agreements and confidentiality agreements.
- Advises staff on legal risks with respect to operational business decisions.
- Advising on regulatory changes
- Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies including but no limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security
- Perform other duties as required
- Travel will be required from time to time
- Degree in Law
- A qualified Lawyer licensed to practice law within the EMEA region
- Minimum 5 years of commercial contracting in the technology industry, preferably with significant experience and emphasis on financial technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) contracting at an enterprise level
