As a Costumer Advisor at IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing fashion advice, and building strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty. Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customers\' needs and preferences
Assist customers in selecting products by offering professional fashion advice and styling tips
Act as a brand ambassador for IIQAF by having a thorough knowledge of our products and services
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on latest fashion trends and styles
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention
Collaborate with other team members and follow company standards and procedures
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a customer service role in the retail or fashion industry
Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and the ability to effectively communicate them to customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
