At least a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent
Minimum fifteen (15) years of total professional experience
With relevant trainings/seminars in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and specifications preparation
With notable experiences in preparation of detailed cost estimates, bill of quantities, technical specifications, and cost control are advantageous.
Must be willing to work overseas
