Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a solid background working for main contractors, and demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, bid management, and client-facing negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and tender proposals throughout project lifecycles. Lead the bidding process--from initial tender analysis and subcontractor coordination to final submission. Organize and maintain all cost-related documentation systematically. Submit detailed pricing proposals to clients/owners and justify estimates with supporting data. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost alignment and transparency. Perform cost control and monitoring, including variation evaluation and final account settlement. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of

5 years of cost management experience

in the

UAE construction industry

.

Must have prior experience working for a main contractor

. Proven involvement in end-to-end

bidding processes

and tender management. Strong ability to

organize documentation

and present pricing professionally. Experience in

submitting priced proposals directly to clients/owners

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
