to support our Third-Party Inspection, Load Testing, and Certification operations. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate quotations, analyze technical requirements, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure competitive, compliant pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
cost estimates, quotations, and proposals
for lifting equipment inspections, load testing, NDT, MRT, and certification services.
Review client RFQs, scope of work, and technical documents to determine resource and cost requirements.
Coordinate with operations to calculate manpower, equipment deployment, consumables, and mobilization costs.
Maintain pricing sheets, rate cards, and profitability analysis.
Follow-up on submitted quotations and update CRM records.
Ensure compliance with ISO 17020 processes and internal costing standards.
Support tender submissions, vendor registrations, and prequalification documents.
Liaise with clients for clarifications on technical or pricing-related queries.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years
of experience in cost estimation within:
Lifting Equipment Inspection, Third-Party Inspection, Oil & Gas, Testing & Certification, or related engineering fields.
Good understanding of lifting accessories, cranes, forklifts, man baskets, loose lifting gears, and general inspection services.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, estimation templates, BOQs, and cost sheets
.
Ability to analyse technical scopes and work breakdown structures.
Strong communication and client-coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE logistics (mobilization, manpower, site access, etc.) is an advantage.
UAE driving license - preferred.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering - preferred.
