Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate project labor and material costs Establish and oversee project budgets Track and monitor costs against budget Analyze budget variances to determine root causes Review bids and contracts for cost-effectiveness Project Costing and well verse in Primavera Coordination with engineering and finance for costing
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Proficiency in MS Excel and Primavera At least 2 years of experience in cost control Preferably with UAE experience in construction company
