Activities:
Cost Engineer is responsible for compiling job cost estimates, preliminary turnaround and project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting. Develop job cost Management execution plan. Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for various phases. Identify variances between actual and projected costs and analyse their causes.
Skills:
Cost Control, Planning, Estimation and costing, VOWD, Cost Engineering, MTO, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Project Cost Estimation, Risk Management, and Change Order Management.
