We are seeking a
Cost Engineer
with experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects in the UAE.Requirements:
Based in the UAE
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
Familiarity with construction project management software
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets
Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Prepare and submit regular cost reports to management
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
