Sea Point Hotels, a dynamic hospitality brand dedicated to excellence in guest experiences, is seeking a
Cost Controller
to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee cost management processes, ensuring financial efficiency across all departments, particularly Food & Beverage and Procurement.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control daily hotel operational costs. Analyze F&B costs, pricing, and menu engineering to maximize profitability. Verify and reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and deliveries. Prepare cost-related reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Implement effective inventory control procedures and conduct spot checks. Support the Finance Manager with monthly closing and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards.
