Cost Controller

Job Description
The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling all food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure profitability. This role works closely with the kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams to maintain accurate cost records and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily food and beverage costs and report any variances. Check supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes for accuracy. Track and control inventory for all restaurant locations. Prepare monthly cost reports and assist with budget planning. Ensure recipes and portion controls are followed. Work with chefs and purchasing teams to reduce waste and control expenses. Conduct regular stock counts and verify system records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in cost control (preferably in restaurants or hospitality). Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food cost management. Good computer skills, especially Excel. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
