Monitor daily kitchen and cafe cost reports.
Track and analyze food, packaging, and ingredient consumption.
Ensure recipe costing accuracy and variance control.
Verify supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
Run inventory counts, waste tracking, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with accounting and production teams for monthly cost reviews.
Requirements:
2-4 years of
cost control experience
in the
F&B or hospitality industry
.
Strong knowledge of
inventory, purchasing, and recipe costing systems
.
Advanced skills in
Excel / Zoho books
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, or related field
.
