Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is generally required.
Several years of relevant industry experience are often necessary.
Strong financial and accounting knowledge is essential.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and various accounting software.
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Management:
Overseeing and controlling project budgets to prevent cost overruns.Cost Tracking:
Monitoring daily expenditures, tracking employee hours, and verifying invoices from suppliers.Financial Reporting:
Compiling monthly cost reports, forecasting financial needs, and providing detailed analyses of project costs.Cost Optimization:
Identifying potential risks, analyzing data to find cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-cutting measures.Collaboration:
Working with project managers, department heads, and procurement teams to align financial strategies with company goals.Compliance:
Ensuring all financial activities comply with regulations and company policies.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
