Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and control daily production costs and operating expenses Maintain accurate cost records for raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads Prepare cost variance reports, highlighting areas for cost optimization Analyze product costing for new and existing SKUs and provide recommendations for pricing Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reconciliations Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost data and insights Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and warehouse teams for cost verification Evaluate supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for cost accuracy Assist in inventory audits and ensure correct valuation of stock

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA/CPA preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of cost control experience in

manufacturing or F&B industry

in the UAE Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory control, and cost analysis Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
