Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cost projections, assessing financial performance against plans.
Cost Monitoring and Control:
Track project or operational costs, allocate expenses to appropriate categories, and analyze variances from projected profits and expenses.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Verify costs with vendors and suppliers, maintain relationships, and assess incoming products and services to ensure optimal pricing.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and submit financial reports, such as cash flow statements and cost performance indicators, to management and stakeholders.
Cost-Saving Strategies:
Identify and recommend cost-saving measures, develop and implement cost-cutting programs, and promote efficiency across all levels of the organization.
Compliance and Procedures:
Ensure adherence to company systems, financial procedures, and contractual requirements for financial operations and project management.
Risk Management:
Analyze project cost risks and deviations to implement corrective actions and ensure financial stability.
