Cost Controller
Job Description
Prepare in Candy CCS the cost breakdown structure and target budgets for each job on-hand project.
Allocate project task codes and cost codes on the Budget BOQ.
Controls and monitors project total expenditure including verifying and checking the Consolidated cost to ensure that all project expenses are properly recorded.
Overall monitoring of Project costing and maintaining it within the Budget.
Prepares monthly basis Cost Report for all projects on-hand.
Creates and posts Subcontractor P.O on Build Smart for necessary approvals.
Must be essentially proficient in CCS/Candy Software
Must have 2 years of demonstrable experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Cost Control in Civil Construction Industry in UAE.
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.
Experience:
Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: 2 years
Candy CCS: 2 years
Project Costing: 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
